I was very impressed with the service that Lee (LV Zeffiretti building services)provided. He was very helpful and the quote he provided was very easy to unnderstand. His quality of work his very good. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the area and footpath not only at the end of the job, but also at the end of every day. he even power washed the footpath at the end of every day.

Mark removed a 1960s grate and fireplace and made good the wall and floor. He told us what he'd do and when he'd do it, how long it would take and how much it would cost. He (together with workmate Ben) turned up when he said he would, did everything he said he would (and more) for the quoted price and left the place tidy. Him and Ben are coming back to decorate most of the house later this month. What more can I say?

Point all wallls on house and dwarf wall around house. Fitted new rubber roof with 20 guarantee on outhouse. The work was carried out brilliantly. Both Nigel and Carl were exceptionally professional at all times and were in constant contact with us if a problem arose. They were never pushy trying to get extra work, yet gave us positive advice at all times. They cleaned up after work every night and at the end of the job, which was very dusty, did a final clean down, which included cleaning our windows and both our neighbors windows as well. Mr Hawkins responded promptly to my enquiry, visited the site, discussed my needs and provided a quote within 48 hours. On this occasion he was not competitive but I shall ask him again when I have other re-pointing or similar building work to be done.

Robert did the brick work for my extension plus he built a garden brick wall . He takes pride in his work, with great attention to detail and this is evident in the finished work. He produced exactly what I asked for, he is reliable . I would highly recommend him.

We emloyeed John and the team at Pro Seal to build our garden wall which was 35m X 2m. He quoted on the Sunday and had built the wall including footings within 8 days despite raining heavily everyday. They did a great job, fast, clean and efficient! I would highly recommend John and Proseal and will be using them again.

Norik and his team did an outstanding job at competitive prices. This work involved brickwork, carpentry and decorating at a 16th century property. It is uncommon in my experience for builders to be creative in finding solutions to tricky situations and to seek cost saving approaches. Aps did both of these things and Norik is very easy to work with and very professional.

Communication was key. I was kept informed of all actions being taken. All workers at Brightstar Building Services involved in this project worked in a professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves, and by forward thinking considered my neighbours and the pathway in which they worked.
