Derek has done work for us over a three year period upgrading our three bathrooms and utility room. He has done a great job in all areas mainly because he can identify problems early and then come up with creative solutions. He also inputs to our ideas and improves them based upon his significant experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Derek of Adells highly as a self starting professional multi skilled tradesman.

Paul completely refitted my kitchen. He stripped the horrible wallpaper, plastered the walls (and they were not easy to do given the state of them once the layers of wallpaper had been removed!), painted the entire room, tiled the kitchen, fitted a new sink and cooker hood, fitted all of the new cabinets and worktops and layed new flooring. Paul is methodical in his work, his attention to detail is fantastic and he cleans up each day so I didn't have to live with dirt as well as the standard disruption of having no kitchen. I would recommend Paul's services to anybody, he has also done my bathroom, painted a lot of my house and many other jobs.

Quotation for kitchen was reasonable,with decent quality fittings and no hidden extras. Job was done on the dates promised, and completed within a reasonable timescale with minimum disruption. I had one or two slightly awkward requirements and they found clever solutions. Standard of work was very good. A couple of minor hiccups were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Customer service was excellent. Yes, I would definitely use CC Improvements again.

Gave us the best quote. Arranged for the work to be carried out in a professional manner, kept us updated about the schedule. The work was done with no hassle and we have already requested him to provide a quote for additional work we want done in a different part of our house.

Complete waste of time. We agreed a price and start date, he then told me the evening before that date that he'd have to wait until the next day, and then he doesn't show up at all and doesn't return my calls or reply to any of my messages like a complete child, with no explanation. Total unprofessional timewaster - steer well clear.
