Darren is simply superb !!!. Presently I am abroad and my job is always taking me away, that is where someone such as Darren is God sent. He delivered excellent job inside the flat and outside on the garden with very good materials in my absence. I will recommend Beenrecommended to anyone at anytime for a job if Darren says he can handle the job. His charges are modest compared to his excellent skills. Very punctual to work and very productive everyday. I hopefully have another job for him.

Oskar was polite, friendly and efficient. He did a great job which we are very happy with. Paid as per original quote before works started. Highly recommend Racso building services. Fast email, text & call responses when needed and a fare quotation. Even came round late one evening to fix a leak (not related to the works) but came out nonetheless. Very much recommend.

Hi We decided to have Allshades to refurbish our house ,there workmanship in all areas/trades was as I expect, the team were tops, not the cheapest of all quotes but I don't like to cheap! Wayne is a great person to have your work sorted he keeps you updated with all costs ect and how the work is going day by day. always on time and very clean. Hi hired Wander from Mesper Ltd to refurbish completely a 4 bedrooms flat in E1W. The job has been carried out in timely fashion, within the budget and without stressful moments. Wander and his team has done a great job once again. He also refurbished for me other properties in the past, so is fully recommended and trusted for a high quality of workmanship, professional timing and no budget surprises.

Vasilica and his team were fantastic. They completed a full renovation of my four-bedroom house. They replaced the roof and rendered the exterior wall. They also gutted the interior of the property and completed a full redecoration/refurbishment which included installing a new kitchen and bathroom, decorating all bedrooms and the hallway and restoring original wooden floorboards across the entire property. Vasilica has a great range of highly skilled professionals working with him so every trade was covered. They have excellent workmanship, and a great attention to detail. Excellent service. I had a new fitted kitchen installed, tiled flooring and new PVC window and door. The work was completed within the time scale set out and the workmen were very well mannered. I was impressed that the area was kept so clean and tidy considering the amount of work. The director or the company was on site to ensure the smooth running of the project. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I am so happy with the kitchen I have made plans to start our loft conversion.

After consultation we decided the cost of all the jobs I wanted doing was outside my budget and probably unnecessary but I was very pleased with Tod's honesty about his qualifications not covering the plumbing work required. However I may use him in the future for a shower screen. He was punctual, friendly and informative.

Brightstar modernised my 3 bed flat. They were reasonably priced, professional, finished a superb job on time and to budget and left the flat in pristine condition. They were also helpful and pleasant and I would give them the highest possible recommendation.

Tom has been doing work for me for over six years. The first job he did for me was re-hanging a door, and by my count he has now done ten for me. Over the years, jobs Tom has done for me include (not an exhaustive list): *Alcove shelving in two rooms (with a cabinet in one of the rooms); *Full plastering in two rooms (including lining the walls of one room completely in fibreglass as the walls were in a very poor state); *Cementing walls and floors; *Levelling floorboards, screwing down floorboards, and covering floorboards in ply; *Sanding and filling stairs, skirting boards, window frames, door frames, Victorian balustrade and balusters; *Painting and wallpapering; *Putting up curtain poles, blinds and mirrors; *Taking down and putting up flat pack furniture. I have in the past used other people claiming to be carpenters, but in the end I have always had to get Tom in to fix whatever they did. I can highly recommend Tom for being highly knowledgeable, doing jobs to a high quality, and for being very honest and fairly priced.

Owen Gallagher completed an outbuilding renovation for me as well as lay a new driveway which involved moving substantial amounts of earth and rubbish from the garden. The renovation work involved putting in new plasterboard ceiling and walls, windows, fitting a new toilet/shower suite, tiling etc. He also submitted the application for the planning application which were subsequently approved.I found him and his team to be reliable, hardworking and honest and did a good job on each occasion and promptly dealt with any minor snagging issues. More recently he has completed some fencing work and will be my first port of call for any future works.

High standard and always happy to adapt to changes along the way. Good carpentry skills.
