Paul was very proffesional from the moment he came round to look at the work needed. After consultation we decided the cost of all the jobs I wanted doing was outside my budget and probably unnecessary but I was very pleased with Tod's honesty about his qualifications not covering the plumbing work required. However I may use him in the future for a shower screen. He was punctual, friendly and informative.
