Tom has been doing work for me for over six years. The first job he did for me was re-hanging a door, and by my count he has now done ten for me. Over the years, jobs Tom has done for me include (not an exhaustive list): *Alcove shelving in two rooms (with a cabinet in one of the rooms); *Full plastering in two rooms (including lining the walls of one room completely in fibreglass as the walls were in a very poor state); *Cementing walls and floors; *Levelling floorboards, screwing down floorboards, and covering floorboards in ply; *Sanding and filling stairs, skirting boards, window frames, door frames, Victorian balustrade and balusters; *Painting and wallpapering; *Putting up curtain poles, blinds and mirrors; *Taking down and putting up flat pack furniture. I have in the past used other people claiming to be carpenters, but in the end I have always had to get Tom in to fix whatever they did. I can highly recommend Tom for being highly knowledgeable, doing jobs to a high quality, and for being very honest and fairly priced.

Marek and Jarek did an excellent job. They solved so many problems to help us to transform our flat. The standard of work is superb, they offer advice, find solutions. They renovated two bathrooms, changed the cylinder and water tank, loft insulation, new ceiling, plastered, decorated, installed new radiators, sockets and switches and restored the original wood floor. Pricing was detailed and everything remained within budget. Marek and Jarek are incredibly friendly and professional and happy to work around our family while we lived in the property or dealing with additional requests. I would highly recommend.

Vasilica and his team were fantastic. They completed a full renovation of my four-bedroom house. They replaced the roof and rendered the exterior wall. Full refurbishment on all 3 bedroom and living room done to a very high standard

I am really happy that I choose Hector to do my refurbishment.he to his time to explain what needed doing and the best way to approach it, he worked out a plan and a time scale for the job and he delivered on it. He also helped me to get a better prices on my work tops. Iam really happy with the quality of the work my house now feel like a home thanks to Hector such a polite man will definitely use again.

Andrzej and his team did two jobs for me. The first was to replace old slabs in my garden and replace these with new tiles. The job was completed quickly and to a very high standard despite poor weather, completely transforming the back garden into a much more usable space. The second job was to repair damp inside the house where plaster had been damaged in a number of rooms and to refresh paint on other walls prior to renting out the property. Again, Andrzej and the team finished very quickly and to an exceptionally high level. On both jobs, Andrzej communicated very clearly on time, requirements, materials and price. He consulted with me throughout the job and advised of issues or additional requirements - all of which were necessary and improved the overall finish. After the works were completed, Andrzej left the house and garden very clean and came back after a few days to check on any issues. I would highly recommend EPD-Iwan for interior or exterior jobs and would happily hire Andrzej again.

Saif and his team were great to work with. They made sure i was happy with everything. they refurbished my 3 bedroom house with rear extension and loft conversion. there quote was a bit higher than others but from the day saif came to quote i knew they were the right people to choose. and well it was a perfect decision i made they did new 5 x 4m extension and new kitchen and 3 new bathrooms and completed a loft conversion as well. We selected Radilina Shanova of Full Circle Renovation for our full interior refurbishment of a large Grade II listed apartment in central London. The quotation was detailed and quickly done, and the pricing was competitive in the middle of the range of builders we approached. What impressed us was Radilina’s enthusiasm and interest in the project, and good communication skills. We used Full Circle as the main contractor for our project which took 6 months. Radilina proved to be an energetic and communicative project leader, open to discuss progress and ideas, with a real sense of ownership of the result. Despite the current tight building market, her chosen sub-contractors (mainly electric, plumbing, plastering) were also very good. The project took some juggling as the building being listed had a lot of lease rules to follow, and access to the 4th floor via a small lift was an additional challenge. Flexibility was required with the timings of the other project subcontractors. Radilina and Anton at Full Circle coped very well with the challenges of this complex project, and we would thoroughly recommend them for other similar jobs.
