Hello, I’m Kamil Ladniak, a dedicated and experienced Polish tradesman, specialising in domestic refurbishment projects. “Less than 3 months after fitting, the lino was coming up. He told us to buy extra lino to avoid having any pieces/joints but he has still put in several joints, which were not obvious then but are coming up now. The joints are in high traffic areas, where damage is more likely to occur & be more visible. I have contacted him, he replies to some msgs & ignores others. He told me he'd come out to stick it down again but hasn't done so. I've been waiting for over 2 months. Also sticking it down is a temporary & unsatisfactory solution. We will have to replace the whole lot & the cost of that should be down to him.”

Cost of repairing noisy water pipes?
Noisy pipes can be when pipes are moving inside in partition wall or under floor boards someone who fit them doesnt fix bracket for .
How to fix leaking toilet?
First you can try to tide ot up that bolt growing thrue cistern and is a washer on it so meaby that solve the issue
Is the same size of loft tank required when replacing it?
You dont have to fit same size big tank for you own is enough smaller size tank.
Replacing or removing a shower pump?
You can replace pump ,best on market are "salamander"they works quiet and are powerful to so if you like keep good pressure keep pump in
Replacing bath tub drain
If you mean change waste in your bath you need have access under the bath as well to fix that together.
