In March Octavian finished my bathroom and it looked amazing! His last words to me were "let me know if you have any problems". There were problems and Octavian initially said he was very busy and would get back to me! He never did! Now, he is completely out of contact. The grouting on the floor tiles has crumbled and the grouting around the edge of the shower and toilet looks as if it has shrunk! Octavian has made me feel as if my bathroom is a bit of a shambles and I feel ripped off! Do not use Octavian!

Never ever hire this man, he never answers messages or calls, I thought he was decent, but after the first day of only few hours he said there was a problem with suppliers delivery to port Talbot and would need some cash up front otherwise he couldn't continue until he got paid from another job ,he must have known this in the beginning but not once did he mention this.the mess he has left is absolutely disgusting and no water supply,stay well clear

This company were disappointing. I had to refit the bath panel and chop out some of the architrave as it was twisted and poorly fit. The tiles were messy looking and unfinished. They didn't turn up to fit the shower screen as agreed, no explanation.

To put in a downstairs WC/basin at the back of a long kitchen/diner. Boiler in that corner, so box this in and create a small door for access from outside. Then put up a stud wall to the right of this to create a WC. Install waste. Water can be taken from pipes leading to the boiler.
