Charlie,arrived on the same day at the time he said he would (he did not charge for call-out). He said if I were pleased with his quote he would do the job there and then. I was and he did - his price was by far the lowest of the four I received and less than a third of the most expensive. It was a small job which he did well, and safely. One small quibble, he forgot to reignite the pilot light in my boiler, after turning the gas back on, but I did this myself when I realised.

Very unreliable, Robert didn't turn up the 1st time to give a quote as agreed, without letting us know. Turned up the 2nd time for the quote and we agreed a price and then didn't turn up (twice) to run though the details of the work and the start date. Avoid if you want someone reliable.
