One great fact is that every time, he turned at the times and days agreed, so many other tradesmen have not been this punctual. The project was a few days work and was quoted by price, not by the day. He is booked in to come back after Christmas for some more work.

The wooden post has been has been damaged beyond repair and the gate requires a new post. The problem is attaching a new post to the remaining top 8 x 7 cm parallel bar the 4 off 7 x 2 cm bars and the 4 cross bars. these parallel bars have to be slotted into the new post.

The current square wooden base which the boiler sits on in the boiler cupboard is not stable, as the wood has become water damaged. A new base is needed. The boiler will be removed and replaced on the same day as the base is fitted. So a morning slot will be needed for the carpentry as the existing boiler will be removed in the morning and the new boiler fitted after the base has been replaced
