I was really pleased with Ricky and his team. The job turned out to be much harder and ran for longer than expected. Still they pushed through and worked so hard to finish before Christmas. He even fixed a leak upstairs while on the job. We bought the house fairly recently, the living room needed updating. He is very neat and cleared everything before leaving. Also, Ricky always quotes a very decent price and sticks to it. I ended up hiring him again not so long after for a paint job.

Wallpaper Strip ( not whole wall) probably needs to be replaced and repainted( it is a magnolia colour) .There other areas you can see that need to be re glued . The second job is the repair and replacement of a section of woodchip wallpaper on a ceiling that has been ripped off. That might need to be removed and repainted ( white)also.

Does not answer emails, text and voicemail messages or his mobile. Have now reported him to CAB to pass on complaint to OFT who will receive full documentation from me. False advertising as he no longer has Dezign & Build as company wound up. Inconceivable he retains 100% positive feedback!
