Tile caps were installed. after 6 weeks they have begun to come away and fall off , despite many many calls Jason refuses to speak to me or come and rectify this matter. I intended to offer him other work but not now. Jason you know who i am contact me and lets resolve this.....!!!!!

This firm came and waterproofed an outside wall to stop damp coming in on 28 April 2023. Completed the job ok and promised to send a 10 year guarantee (for which I have written proof). After 6 months and several emails and excuses later I have still not received this and he is no longer replying to them. Be very wary if you employ this person
