Terrible workmanship. Will need to be redone. It was a simple job; four rows of tiles above a work surface extending around three flat walls. J&M left a mess of smeared grouting etc on tiles & worksurfaces, hiding the faults: 1. Spacers not used as grouting gaps uneven. 2. Tiling uneven, not always level, and some tiles stick out. 3. Thick ill applied grouting not smoothed. 4. Big gaps in grouting with worksurface and edging strip. No edging strip corners meet. 5. Socket holes cut too big.
