To cut back overgrown garden

My garden is 12ft x 18ft and needs cutting back as it is overgrown. I need someone who will carry out this work and make the garden look good. As I am at work (part/time) I dont get time to look after the garden at present. I would prefer this job to take place either end of August or end of September when all the plants are going dorment. After this work has been done, I am considering making the garden patio effect, as this would be easier to maintain.
