Painting new loft stairwell and 2 rooms + small exterior

We have a new loft extension that requires painting, there are two main rooms the first one is approx 4.5m x 4m and the second is 2.75m x 2.75m there is also a large stairwell and small landing. We require painting to all wood work i.e. skirting and architraves. We also require the underside of the new stairs to be painted as well. Exterior wise we have 3 window cills that new making good i.e. skimmed and smoothed and then painted. We also require painting of the pediment of the front roof as this has all been renewed with new backboards and timber. I am only interested in working with professional painters whom speak fluent English and whom take time with full and proper preparation works. We need to start soonest as well, so if you can't start until end of August or laterthen please do not buy this lead.
