a wall in the bedroom is cold and there is mould in the room

There was a leak from the chimney which was fiixed two months ago but the bedrrom has a wll that is cold to the touch and there is continual mould and condensation in the room. The wall where the leak was needs to be repainted and the mould treated and painted over. We are not sure if we need an air vent in the room to help with this problem.
