Leaking taps and tiles need grouting

We have taps in the bathroom tub that have been leaking for a while and don't shut off completely. We'll probably needs a new part, which I will pay for (with a receipt) but you will have to buy and install. We also need some tiles to be regrouped as there is fungus growing a corner. I need someone who can fix both problems.
