Full kitchen rip out and install

Remove old kitchen and tiles (unfortunately it is plaster board dot and dab so will need full kitchen re boarding and skimming)
some minor electrical changes and some minor plumbing works.
install fully supplied kitchen including appliances and make good all wall etc.
small high level extractor fan to be removed, as new kitchen cooker hood is extraction not recirculation. new hole for cooker hood and make good wall where old fan removed.
Plinth and under cabinet lights also to be fitted, with possibility of ceiling works as well.
