3 bedroom detached proeprty. Has a very large entrance hall and only one sitting room. we are looking to move the wall and create an additional sitting room and a much smaller entrance hall by taking some room from the hall and the exisitng sitting room. We will need to replaster about 4 walls to achieve this and move 3 electrical sockets.
