New bathroom units.including back to wall toilet ,plus sink.2.4 meters of units,remove floor tiles.lift up floor sort out plumbing.renew chipboard floor.new vinyl floor reqd 2.6 meters by 3.6 meters.down stairs ceiling needs replacing because of water damage. 7.9 meters by 3 meters.also laminate floor 7.9 meters by 3 meters. ( £20 a sq meter) plus 150mm skirting needs replacing 34 meters.
