Small pointing job and filling gap in wall

I am looking for a quote for a couple of small jobs and also to paint (weather proof) our gable end and the wall of our yard.
The two small jobs need doing asap but the other can wait. We had a utility room built recently and part of one side of the wall needs re-pointing. And there is about a 1 inch gap from our utility room to the wall of the yard which need fixing/filling. Unfortunately, we put a retainer on these jobs and can’t get the builder back as he’s busy!
