A) kitchen size is approx. 1.9m wide x 3.5m long
B) Remove existing kitchen units, 4 nr base unit 3 wall unit
C) Install 6 nr of base and wall units each
D) Replace existing flooring approximately 4m2.
E) Minimum work to plumbing in existing location, just to replace tap, sink & waste with minor modification.
F) Relocation of 2 nr double socket
