Make lounge and kicthen open-plan; install new outside door

I currently have a lounge and small kitchen next to each other, with a stud wall between them. There is a small set of French doors (about 1.1m wide) from the lounge to garden. Job is to:
- install a larger sliding patio door (about 2m wide) and so create a larger opening
- remove stud wall (this might already be done- tbc)
- install a shallow 'false' ceiling across the new room with relevant lighting and electrics, and sound-proofing (eg Rockwool)
- Relevant plastering/finishing
- rehang an internal door, to the new room opening (door supplied)
- Might also be some kitchen-fitting- tbc
