Small section taking up for lost earring

VERY small section of a single, long, old floorboard needs removing in order to recover an earring beneath. In middle of room so do not want half the floor being ripped up. Quite a 'rustic' gap-filled unfinished floor, but still need someone who can fit the cut section back in as cosmetically as possible.
