Window and radiator replacement, plastering and painting.

- 1 small room in semi-detached house, 4 walls needing plastering and painting (212cm x 214cm x height: 268cm)
Inside the room:
- 1 small double glazed window and frame needing replacement with new window and frame due to mould (172cm x 104cm, including frame)
- 1 radiator needs replacing
Would like to have as much of this done by one contractor if possible, can split job if necessary.
Would like to have job done this month or at the latest mid-October.
Would like one quote for work including materials and one quote for work not including materials if possible.
