Recent survey has found damp and I'm looking for a quote to try and stop water entering the property.

1. Guttering needs cleaning through and re-aligning to falls to reduce the risk of rainwater penetrating internally.

2. The render has been taken down to ground level which will encourage damp to enter the property. The render should be cut back at least 150mm above the damp-proof course and finished with a proper bell-cast detail to throw water clear of the wall. In addition, the render is hollow and has cracked in several places and needs
localised repair.

3. Window seals are original (1860) and one needs to be inspected as decay and damp can be seen around window. Need a quote for the cost of inspection and replacement.
