Re-seal round bath and regrout tiles on one wall

Strip off all old silicone sealer from bath and re-seal with new sealer. Re-grout tiles on wall behind bath and side wall. This is a first floor flat and flat below tells us water is leaking through ceiling when we use the shower over bath.
