Complete renovation of a 3 bedroom property in Kings Heath

I am looking for a refurbishment specialist/project manager to undertake a full revamp of a property comprising kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms (one of which is a roof conversion), living room and reception area. I am unsure at this time whether the house will require an electrical rewire. I would like the property to be finished ready for moving in. I would like the work done once the property transaction has been completed (it is not part of a chain).
