We had a complete refurbishment of our bathroom. Apart from changing the bath, shower, tiling the walls and floor etc, it meant lowering the floor level and adding a radiator. All of this was carried out extremely well. We now have a modern bathroom.
And it is worth adding that Darren is a very nice guy - if you let a workman into your house for a fairly large job this is important.
