Squeaky floorboards in bedroom plus 2 other jobs

Hi, the squeaky floorboards/flooring underneath the main bedroom carpet needs fixing. Also need a top shelf cover for a long bookcase run in the hallway, and a replacement valve needs fitting in the shower.
