brick replacement and pointing and edge roof tile bedding

house general pointing. Some bricks need replacing and some dislodged need re-seating. Edge tiles need re-seating and chimney repointing and re-flashing. Some ridge cement removed by crows needs replacing.

The pointing was incomplete in places. Some roof tile edges left chipped and broken tiles on roof not replaced having purchased the tiles myself. Anyone using this tradesman should get a firm quotation in writing and ensure that payments to him are receipted.
