After exchanging details with Andrew Pell of PHI I employed him to do some repair. maintenance and improvement work to my property. Good price and all started well but after three weeks he has stopped work and cannot be contacted. He was paid 3 out of 4 installments as agreed but simply not finished the work. It has turned out to be an expensive decoration project with lots to do to finish off the necessary work. BEWARE!
