Clean & Paint Apartment Balcony - 16ft x 5ft

We are looking to have our balcony decking stained/painted.

The balcony is 16ft x 5ft.

We'll provide the stain. You'll need to clean and sand down the balcony decking. Then apply two coats of the wood seal.

We also need a couple of sanding/painting too.

Based in an apartment at Salford Quays.
