Dave did a wonderful job, taking out a chimney in our spare bed room. He worked hard to overcome any unforeseen obstacles to the wall and came up with positive solutions, such as putting in a steel beam. He put in new joists and a new kitchen ceiling. He is a charming and charismatic man who isn't adverse to hard work. He also worked in the cellar patching up the ceiling and putting in new Oak Doors completely transforming the house. We all liked Dave and his small team and we recommend him.
