internal rendering and plastering

following some damp course being installed in certain areas which has gone to bare brick we need areas rendering and plastering, this a guessed area of 15/18 square metres. Approx 6/7 of this area needs plaster removing.
Following small leak we also need ceiling over boarding and plastering. Room is approx. 4.5x4.5 meters square.
