Stuart Otter arrived full of enthusiasium and confidence in his ability to refurbish
our village hall. We were left with a leaking sink, toilet not flushing and a subsequent leak from pipes in the loft causing damage to the ceiling. An unfinished job with a substantial snagging list. I implore anyone thinking of employing this young man to be very wary. He is very plausible and has a grossly inflated view of his capabilities. All attempts to claim recompense have
