There is a hole in the ceiling of the landing area, where there are exposed electrics. This is potentially unsafe and, as such, we would like for the hole to be filled and re-decorated, so that the property is in good order and shape. A photo here shows the problem.
Need the job done on Thursday August 3 (this is the only possible date we can open the property).
Good job from the contractor, very prompt and called and sent photos to show works were done. Just wish I got more opp to approve install of second alarm.
