The work carried out was exelent but would have been better if it had been completed but the builder went on holiday and has not returned after a month and this has left things a dangerous condition NO Handrails which has left the residents house bound it is too dangerous for them to use the rear steps. Also the payment of one of the jobs is in dispute which has left me with having to pay it removal of garden waste. He had arranged this with a contractor he is now disputing it won't answere
