Carl did an excellent job working on my flat before I could move in to it. It was in such a bad state and needed a lot of work doing to it. Carl came and did my 2 bedrooms, my bathroom and my lounge. He worked in the time frame we had given him before we wanted to move in and he had finished within this time! I would definitely recommend Carl for any painting and decorating
