remove walls and erect steel beam

load bearing wall demolished (apprx 3 metres), steel beam erected and all made good.

Small wall in understairs cupboard demolished, lintel erected, window removed and bricked up, all made good.

Kitchen door removed and blocked with stud work and made good. Kitchen replastered.

2 new double socket in kitchen.

Removal of 2 radiators in kitchen/dining room and 2 new upright ones installed.
