work to rear of house, to link two parts of building together with new flat roof & level floor. Remove rear windows and doors in preparation for bi fold doors.
re wire one room & install new coving. Tile kitchen, hall, lounge & patio, install external lighting & heating. Remove & replace radiators. install glass balustrade and gas points in patio.
