To remove and replace existing floor joists and boards to ground floor front room and hallway with cellar beneath. To reinstate existing laminate flooring if possible. To make good skirting boards where applicable. To fit boards to bottom of joists to create/replace ceiling in cellar.
Walked us through the process step by step prior to work starting. Work completed as arranged and scheduled. All workmen polite & friendly and tidied up as they went along.
