The job was to build 2 storey extension and fit kitchen and bathroom. In 4 month he hadn't got to the first floor and charged me over 3/4 of the estimated cost. Some of the building work needed to be taken down and rebuilt and the cavities cleaned out. Apart from the poor time keeping and workmanship, he was always polite.
