Lakhvir was recommended to me by another builder who I had used previously for 2 major jobs.
The job I had done was replacing flagstones on driveway, plus removal of rockery to extend width of driveway.
Lakhvir was very good with communication via message and email from the start and throughout the project. He arrived promptly at all times and did a full days work. He always spoke with me and checked that what he was doing was correct and to the right standard. He listened to any changes which I wanted him to make and did these accordingly. He was always very respectful in his manner.
The standard of the work was excellent and Lakhvir always took time and paid great attention to detail to ensure high standards were maintained.
He provided me with a payment schedule which was fair and reasonable and his overall price was extremely competitive compared to other builders who had given me quotes.
I would totally recommend Lakhvir and would approach him again in the future if I have any other building work which is needed.
