Small leak but whole ceiling (5.28 x 3.96) needs repainting. Requires making good, applying stain block and painting with two coats of white emulsion. Quotes required for insurance purposes.
Seth did an excellent job painting my ceiling. There was the minimum of disruption and he completed the job in double quick time. I was happy to go out and leave him to get on with the job. Highly recommended.
