complete strip of tiles and complete re-fit

remove wall tiles in place since 1929. remove cast iron bath and wash hand basin from same date. bathroom 2,5 sq m. remove lead piping. tile walls and floor. fit shower tray and door. tile walls to 2.2 m and floor. remove and refit current radiator. fit corner wash-hand basin. fit ceiling downlighters. All associated plumbing.

Not a quality job - rather disappointed. Kitchen ceiling below was flooded, lights in wrong place, tiles uneven, grout splashes left, exterior pipes left secured with nails instead of clips, shower tray left filthy and slanted away from the waste, but worst was a bathroom light was left with earth and neutral wires swapped even though they said they had checked it. Etc, etc.
