This time served builder started work on my loft storage job with no dust sheets. I have plenty he could have used. He then took down a lintel to accommodate the loft ladder. He misjudged the new height of the lintel. Instead of redoing the lintel again he took corners off the ladder which didn't work and then moved the brackets on the bottom section of the ladder up so it would clear the lintel. Now the ladder is too short. He will not respond now.
