insulation - box room ceiling

- Remove existing 3.2x2.6 metre plasterboard ceiling
- Install 270mm loft insulation (as much as will fit in the space),
- Supply and fit new plasterboard ceiling with vapour backing
- Paint ceiling white (paint supplied)
- Change existing light fitting for 3 spotlights (supplied).
- Remove all rubbish
- Issue invoice for work with insulation details.
