Tiling floor and porch

I'm looking to have the floor of a small utility room (approx 6sqm) and a porch (approx 5sqm) tiled in Bicester.

Happy for me or you to supply tiles, they will be single colour, fairly large, square tiles so no pattern to worry about.

I will clear the utility room out and the floor is already concrete so should be straightforward for someone who knows what they are doing!
