i need to cut two 100mm holes out of concrete to allow electric cables to reach power source. I THEN NEED TO ATTACH ANGLE IRON TO TOP OF CONCRETE BLOCK BY MEANS OF CASTING IT IN CONCRETE OR ANY OTHER OPTION OFFERED.
