We are looking for a trusted builder to carry out the following work for a house in Horley, Surrey.

-remove a wall between the bathroom and toilet to make it into one

-rip out old bathroom

-tile wall and floors, add lighting and -install new bathroom. the bathroom will have a toilet, bathroom sink, bath tub, and a separate shower cubicle

We will be purchasing the tiles/bathtub/toilet/sink/cubicle separately.

The measurements of the room as one is approximately 2.74m by 2.40m.

I appreciate it is difficult to give an accurate price without viewing the property but we would be grateful for an estimation.

We get the keys to the property on 27th September and are hoping for the works to be carried out as soon as possible.

Please can you advise:

True timescales

how soon can you start

We have other work that needs to be done to the property however this is of priority first.

We are looking around for quotes however are looking to contract someone as soon as possible.
